Fanchon Dugarm
Fanchon was born and raised in Minot ND. She graduated from Minot State University with a
double major and spent 15 years working as a case manager for adults with intellectual disabilities in Idaho and ND.
My hobbies are traveling, cooking and my new obsession mixed media collages.
