Andrea Diede
Andrea has been employed with Affordable Housing Developers, Inc. (AHDI) since 2009, taking over as the Executive Director in March 2017. During her time with AHDI, Andrea has worked with grant writing and management, project compliance and oversight, fiscal operations, and project design and development. She has assisted in the development of over 350 units of affordable housing in western North Dakota. Andrea has worked with various funding sources and programs including the HOME Program, Rural Development, North Dakota Housing Finance Agency Housing Incentive Funds, and HUD Housing Assistance Payments Contracts. Prior to AHDI Andrea worked in the finance and accounting industries.
Andrea was born and raised in Dickinson and is a very active member of her church, volunteering as a Sunday School teacher. She is also actively involved in the ND National Guard Family Support Group and serves as the Lead Volunteer for the 816th Family Readiness Group. Andrea is an Indianapolis Colts fan and in her free time enjoys watching football, reading, scrapbooking, and spending time with her husband and 4 children.
