Michelle Blanco
Michelle has been employed with AHDI since 2020 as the Regional Property Manager where she oversees all 7 rental properties. Michelle joined the AHDI team with over 12 years experience in property management. Michelle works closely with all site managers scattered across the western side of ND. Michelle is responsible for marketing vacant units and reviewing rental applications. Michelle is friendly, knowledgeable and waiting to assistant anyone interested in renting from one of the AHDI properties.
Michelle was raised in Hawaii before living in California, Arizona and Nevada. Her and her Husband, Michael, relocated to North Dakota in 2010 where they started a family and continue to raise their two children. Michelle cherishes time spent together as a family, lazy Sunday mornings, movie/game nights with friends and taking their fast bikes and faster cars for rides.
