  1. How can you help our community with our housing needs?

We offer a range of services and resources to help your community assess its housing needs and explore whether our programs are a good match. We encourage you to contact our office to discuss the type of housing you're seeking and what you're looking for in a community housing partner. You may also visit our services page to see what we have to offer.

  2. How long will it take to get the housing we need?

Project timelines can vary significantly depending on the type of project, the funding sources involved, and the level of engagement from all parties. We encourage communities and partners to involve our organization early in the planning process to help set realistic expectations and create timelines that work for everyone.

  3. What type of funds do you use?

Our organization utilizes a variety of funding sources including the HOME Investment Partnership Program, Housing Incentive Funds, Community Development Block Grants, Flex Pace, bank financing and local community development grant programs.

  4. Do you use local contractors and companies?

We strive to involve as many local and regional contractors and vendors as possible in our project developments. All contractors and vendors must meet the requirements of our funding sources and demonstrate the capacity to handle projects of similar size and scope.
